Delivery Device Design
Your delivery device can be designed on a contract basis by the Creganna Contract Design Services team. From product benchmarking studies to volume ramp up for market release, we have a proven design & development process to accelerate your delivery device project from concept to commercialization.

Delivery Device Manufacture
Creganna can manufacture your complete delivery device in a controlled cleanroom environment. Services include component manufacturing and sourcing, device assembly, labeling and coordination of sterilization.

Device manufacturing is undertaken in Class 100,000 cleanrooms and Creganna is an FDA registered contract manufacturer.

Delivery Device Sub-assembly
Sub-assembly of delivery device shafts including proximal and distal catheter sections can be provided by Creganna.

Component Manufacture
We provide catheter shaft components in a range of metal, polymer and composite materials including:
• Metal hypotube shafts
• Extruded tubing catheter shafts
• Braid reinforced catheter shafts
• Medical balloons 
• Welded metal micro components including core wires
• Molded and insert molded proximal components such as handles, hubs and luers and catheter shaft components including joiners, catheter tips and junctions.

Catheter solutions can be provided from custom builds to high volume capacity. Creganna operate a dedicated Prototype Centre for the quick turnaround of prototype quantities of catheter components and sub-assemblies.
