Balloon Manufacturing Capabilities

Manufacturing capabilities are provided for a wide variety of compliant and semi-compliant balloons, all engineered for exceptional performance. Ultra high pressure balloons are a specialty. We provide manufacturing capabilities for:
  • Balloon diameters ranging from 1.0mm to 40.mm

    PTA balloon catheter, featuring 200mm balloon
  • Balloon lengths from 5.0mm to 200mm
  • Balloon folding (3-7 folds)
  • Quick turnaround using either glass or metal molds
