FAQ
- Q. What type of company does Creganna Design Service work with?
Creganna Contract Design Service is retained by a range of companies from early stage start-up companies to the world’s leading medical device manufacturers. We pay particular attention to not only the goals of the project but the strategic goals of our client company. Therefore, we understand that for an early stage company it is important to build traction quickly, meeting critical project milestones and not spending precious time building infrastructure. Creganna offers a turn key solution with experienced staff, world class facilities, and robust quality systems. We meet our commitments key to building investor confidence. For a large manufacturer, speed, flexibility and innovative design will help win coveted market share percentages. In partnership, we will build our design engagement around your unique project and strategic requirements.
- Q. What type of products does Creganna Contract Design Service have expertise in?
We have specialist expertise in the design and development of minimal and less invasive delivery devices and associated products. Examples include vascular deployment catheters, endoscopic biopsy devices, orthopedic bone cement delivery systems and interventional neuroradiology devices. We have worked with many clients who are developing new or novel device types or convergent technology devices. Such companies’ expertise may be in the area of biomaterials, imaging technologies or biologics and have little or no expertise in delivery of same. Outsourcing to Creganna enables them to access specialist expertise for delivery system design and development for their therapy.
- Q. Why is Creganna different to other Contract Design companies?
We are experts in our chosen markets and offer complete solutions from concept to manufacture. Some design companies, while providing excellent early stage design expertise, cannot support your project beyond feasibility builds. Many contract manufacturers will not produce a product that has not undergone design for manufacture. Yet the goal of any design project is to get a winning product from concept to market. Only Creganna Contract Design can provide the breath and depth of services to make this process seamless.

Confidentiality is of utmost importance to Creganna Contract Design. Without confidentiality, our business model does not work; therefore protecting your project IP is fundamental to our future.
